Changing the Session Timeout

Iguana has the ability to automatically log out idle users after a specified time. The default setting logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity, but can be easily adjusted as necessary from the Advanced tab.

To adjust the session timeout period:

• Click the Advanced tab in the Iguana Dashboard.
• Click the Web Server Settings link. The Web Settings page is displayed.

• In the Session Timeout (minutes) field, enter the timeout period and then click Apply Changes to confirm your changes. In the above screen, the session timeout period is set to 120 minutes, or 2 hours.

	Note that your new timeout period will be applied for your current session, as well as all subsequent sessions.
