Collecting the Relevant Information

In order to help you we need to have a simple manner in which we can recreate the issue. Until you can reliably reproduce an issue, do not report it. We will not be able to reproduce the issue either.

The type of error determines the type of information we'll need to resolve the issue. The following will explain each type of error and the information we will need.
