Confirming that Messages are Being Transformed and Written to the File

To confirm that the messages are being transformed and written to the file you specified in this tutorial:

• Open Windows Explorer.
• Click D: > Files > Write.
• Double-click Message.txt. The file opens in Notepad as shown below, showing that the messages you sent were successfully transformed and written to a file.
Notice that the PID, IN1 and NK1 name fields have been replaced with the text string fff.
