Only perform the steps below if you installed Iguana and your channels are not running normally, or Iguana asks you to enter a license key. You must stop the Iguana service before copying the backup files you created into the directory Iguana is installed in (e.g. C:\Program Files\iNTERFACEWARE\Iguana).

To copy your backup files into the iNTERFACEWARE directory:

• Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services to open the Services window. The Services window appears.

• Right-click iNTERFACEWARE Iguana and click Stop. The Iguana service stops running.
• Close the Iguana dashboard if it is still running.
• Copy and paste the temporary backup files you created back into the directory Iguana is installed in (e.g. C:\Program Files\iNTERFACEWARE\Iguana).
• Start Iguana and check that your channel(s) are running normally. Your channel(s) should now be properly configured.
