This tab allows you to specify the default database for a database object. The database object is just for use in Python scripting. Each option is described in the screenshot below:

Iguana Users The DB tab allows you to connect to your database so you can issue SQL statements to test the parsing of messages using the Message Browser. In addition, this tab also allows you to test the parsing of messages outside of Chameleon using utilities such as msgtransform and msgxml. Note that the database settings specified in this tab will be overridden by Iguana's channel settings. | ||
