Graphical Table Mapping Exercise

This exercise assumes that you have completed the Message Identification Exercise. If you have not done so already, complete that exercise first.

After completing this exercise, you will be able to:

  • Analyze a message in tree format using the Message Browser;
  • Create a graphical table mapping; and
  • Extract table data from the message using msgtransform

Before starting, download the following file:

It contains one sample ADT^A03 message. Save this file into a directory of your choice so that you may use it later on for this exercise.
