Global Inbound Script

The Global Inbound Script is executed before the message is parsed in Chameleon. This script is useful for stripping unwanted characters, removing illegally embedded characters and defining useful utility functions.

To define a Global Inbound Script:

• Click Chameleon > Global Inbound Script. The Global Inbound Script window appears. Alternatively, you can press F9 on your keyboard to display the window.
• In this window, type the Global Inbound Script.
• Click Check Syntax to verify that your indenting and spacing is correct.
• If your syntax is okay, click OK to save your changes.
