GUI Errors

To resolve GUI errors we need a reliable means of reproducing the problem. It's not enough to report that an error has occurred. You need to be able to document a sequence of steps to recreate the error.

Also, you should tell us which operating system you are using and the service pack version. GUI problems will often only show up on a particular operating system, so this information is important.
