iNTERFACEWARE's Sunset Policy for Older ReleasesCustomers understand that all vendors need to limit the length of time for which support for aging product versions is available. This support needs to co-exist with efforts to provide new features, enhancements and bug-fixes that improve the customer's efficiency and competitiveness. Just as importantly, support organizations need to be trained in, and focused on, the more recent releases of software that the majority of customers use. iNTERFACEWARE will support prior versions of Chameleon that are two years old or less. To be eligible for long term support customers must hold a support contract and be running a supported release of Chameleon. However, customers who have older versions of the software are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. While we do not support obsolete versions, we do not want to see any customer left behind, nor do we want them to be forced to upgrade under pressure should something go wrong when they least expect. |
