How to Report Problems

Modifying the Message Identity

The first step to modifying the second configuration would be to modify the message identity. This will help clarify which configuration is which based on the message type.

To modify the message identity:

Double-click Identity in the Workspace. The Identity window appears.
In the Description field, replace Appointment Booking with Order Message (as shown below).
Under the Value column replace SIU with ORM and S12 with O01. Note that the first character is the letter O and the second character is the number 0.
