through this troubleshooting chapter and see if there is some specific
information in the manual covering your problem.
Read the sections of the manual relevant to the work you're
doing with Chameleon.
Check that the latest version of Chameleon has not already addressed
your issue. The latest version of Chameleon is found on our ftp site
in the latest directory:
ftp://ftp.interfaceware.com/chameleon/windows/
If this does not allow you to resolve your issue, you should
make sure you have collected the information required to faithfully
reproduce the problem.
