Printing Python Scripts

Chameleon allows you to not only view all of your Python scripts associated with a VMD, but also print them off for your records. This becomes particularly useful in circumstances where keeping a hard copy of your scripts is required. You can print your scripts from any Python script window, including:

• Global Inbound Script;
• Segment Inbound/Outbound Script;
• Table Inbound/Outbound Script;
• Global Outbound Preprocess Script; and
• Global Outbound Post Process Script.

In addition, you can also print a summary of your scripts from the Global Python Overview, Inbound Python Overview or Outbound Python Overview.

	You must specify a default printer in Start > Settings > Printers, otherwise, you will receive an error when you attempt to print your scripts.

To print your Python scripts:

• Open a Python Script window or a Python Summary window.
• Click the Print button located at the bottom of the window. The Print Dialog window appears with the default printer selected.

Printing Scripts From the Global Inbound Script Window

• Select a different printer if you wish, or click the OK button to print your scripts. Note that Chameleon will print exactly what is shown in the window. In some cases, line wrapping will be applied if needed.
