• Making it possible to upgrade HL7 interfaces across many sites by having site-specific HL7 data to regression test against and a good history of the implementation of the site.

• Ensuring that sites are being billed for maintenance and that only maintenance on Chameleon/Iguana runtime licenses is paid for on those sites.

• Making it easy to maintain overall quality.
