Re-Parsing the Message

Now that you have created a message definition, you can use the Message Browser to re-parse the message:

• Go back to the Message Browser window.
• Click the Parse button. Notice that Chameleon now correctly identifies the message:

• Save your file if you haven't already done so. Remember the location of this file, as you will need it when you set up the channels in step 3.

	You can ignore the yellow panel indicating that segments with red icons are unrecognized. You will not need these segments in this tutorial.

Now that Chameleon can successfully parse incoming messages, the next step is to create the transformation script that transforms these HL7 messages.
