Run-Time Issues

If you have any hard-coded paths for your applications, then they will have to be updated. For stubcode applications generated by Chameleon, anything path related at run-time will be taken care of by the updated PATH environment variable. The Chameleon Installer removes old PATH entries and adds the following:

  • C:\Program Files\iNTERFACEWARE\Chameleon, and
  • C:\Program Files\iNTERFACEWARE\Chameleon\DelphiPackages.
You must restart your applications to see any path-related changes.

The following table lists the changes you will have to make for each applicable language:
