Step 1 - Converting Messages to XML Using the XML Translation Window

To convert a message to XML:

• Open Chameleon, and open the VMD file you saved from the Graphical Table Mapping Exercise.
• Open the XML Translation window by clicking the XML icon in the toolbar.
• Copy and paste the sample message from that exercise into the top pane of the XML Translation window.
• Click the Translate button. The message is converted into the selected XML format.

	Try changing the XML Translation Scheme by clicking Change in the XML Translation window. You can pick another XML translation scheme, and then click Translate again to see your changes.
