These types of errors are very hard for us to diagnose without having
remote access to your machine. You are in the best position to
analyze the problem. Your best approach is to carefully carry
out the troubleshooting procedures described earlier in this chapter for
analyzing TCP/IP problems.
If that does not work then your next best option is to try and create a
very simple program which can reliably reproduce the problem and arrange for it to be sent to us. A good approach is to:
Start with your message definition file
Generate an entire project from it using the code generator
Modify the stand alone server and client that the generator created to recreate the problem.
This is a fast efficient way to create an example test program.
If that approach does not work, we will need remote access to the system which
shows the problem in order to help you. You should have a utility set

or telnet to allow one of our support staff to remotely examine your
machine.
