Testing the Python Code in Chameleon

To check that the Python code works:

Return to the Message Browser in your VMD file.
Copy and paste the sample message into the top pane of the Message Browser.
Click the Parse button.
Click the Table View tab, and select Text View.

The Discharged column now contains the value 'D'.


	To get these changes to take effect in your Iguana interface, you must stop and then restart the channel you created in Step 3.
