Version X.0 of C:\\HL7\HL7ctrl.ocx Is Not Registered. The Control Will Be Upgraded To Version Y.0.

When regenerating a control, you will sometimes receive this message "Version X.0 of "C:\<ProjectDir>\HL7\HL7ctrl.ocx is not registered. The control will be upgraded to version Y.0".

This message appears each time you upgrade the control, so there is no reason to be alarmed.
