Viewing the Segment Grammar of a Message

To view the segment grammar of a message:

• In the Workspace, double-click Message Grammar for a particular message. The Message Grammar window appears.

From the Segment Grammar panel, you can easily add/remove segments and segment groups in the message. You can also set whether or not the segments and segment groups are optional or repeating, and determine a repetition threshold for them.
