Viewing the Channel Configuration

You can view a message filter's channel configuration from within the Routing page.

To view the configuration of a channel:

• Click the Routing tab at the top of the page. The Routing Page is displayed.
• Under Channel or Sub-Channel, click the channel name you want to view. The Channel Configuration screen for the selected channel appears.

Changing the Channel Configuration

You can also make modifications to a channel's configuration:

• From the Dashboard, stop the channel you want to make modifications to.
• Click the Routing tab. The Routing page is displayed.
• Under Channel or Sub-Channel, click the channel name you want to make modifications to. The Channel Configuration screen for the selected channel appears.
• Make any modifications as necessary, and click Apply Changes.
