Viewing the Inbound Channel Status Table

The Inbound Channel Status table displays a list of logs for the selected inbound channel. In addition, it displays the current status for each sub-channel in relation to each log entry.

To view the inbound channel status table:

• Click the Routing tab. The Routing page appears.
• Under Number of Sub-Channels, click the inbound channel you want to view. The Inbound Channel Status page appears, as shown below.

Status Table

The Status table displays the following information:

• Key: Log key for the particular log entry. Click the Key column header to re-order the log listing in descending log key order.
• Timestamp: Date and time for that log entry.
• Message: Preview of message for that log entry. Click the Key Number to view the entire message.
• Sub-Channel(s): Displays the message's current status. Click the Key Number to view and edit the status.
