Simplicity

The only negotiation is price.

Taking complete control of my business has taught me a crucial lesson: most of enterprise software sales just doesn’t make sense. I sell a product called Iguana—not consulting. The value is in the engineering, in quality and reliability—not in contract negotiations.

The future is simple: licensing and payment are integrated. If you’ve paid, the software works. If not, it doesn’t.

There’s no value in endless accounts receivable, bespoke payment terms, ESG questionnaires, or drawn-out procurement negotiations. The only real commercial discussion is price.

Looking back, all this complexity was never necessary. In 2026, it’s completely intolerable.

If you want to use Iguana, we’ll agree on a price and make it easy to pay. Once you’ve paid, the software runs. If you haven’t, it won’t. Very simple.

No master agreement. No SLA. Nothing else to discuss.
