Organizational Structure Update

Eliot has transitioned the organizational structure to a sole proprietorship model. While this change does result in a massively reduced personal income, his primary motivation has always been to create a meaningful and enduring legacy rather than personal enrichment.

To achieve this, Eliot is establishing a network of external experts and partner organizations. This collaborative network is designed to provide the comprehensive support that a single individual cannot accomplish alone.

This new model enables Eliot to concentrate on his core strengths and areas of expertise, rather than spending valuable time on administrative tasks—such as completing ECG questionnaires or engaging in superficial compliance exercises that do little to enhance real security.

By leveraging the capabilities of trusted external partners, Eliot can dedicate himself to high-impact work and continue building a legacy that stands the test of time.
