Another key change that the Iguana installer for Windows definitely needs is to make it easy to follow best practices for using Iguana.

I remember back in the day being so frustrated with how the installer on Windows worked, that I would encourage customers to install Iguana using the zip file and explicitly set their working directory elsewhere.

But this required people to read the documentation and think about doing the right thing.

On Windows, by default, Iguana should install its data in C:\ProgramData\Iguana<Version>\

We did something similar to that with Iguana X but still made it an inplace upgrade which in retrospect I think was too risky.
