Team

At iNTERFACEWARE, we discovered a shocking truth.

A team size of just two people—Eliot Muir and Paul Gannon—is actually the optimal number to handle our clients.

It forced us to make hard decisions and cut many clients loose. We looked at some of our clients with huge brands like GE Medical and concluded that these relationships were not working for us. They needed to go.

With just the two of us managing all client relationships, nothing slips through the cracks. Paul and I are fully aligned in vision and strategy.

We no longer indulge our [clients legal departments in meaningless contract negotiation(/billing). This was a complete waste of time.

We evaluate our clients to determine who has the potential to dominate the number 1 or 2 spot in their market. If you do not have the determination to do that, then at the very least, we will ask you to be quiet and respectful, and not take too much of our time—so we can focus on clients with genuine potential. If you cannot lead or follow, then we will politely ask you to step aside.

The meek will not inherit the earth. That's just a slogan wolves tell sheep to keep them under control.
